My Story
Hi, I'm Danielle and I get it.
My journey into pelvic health didn't start in a classroom. It started with my own experience navigating pelvic pain and surgery. I know firsthand what it feels like to search for answers, to feel dismissed, and to finally find relief through the right care. That personal experience is what drew me to pelvic floor physical therapy and it's what drives everything I do for my patients.
I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 5 years of specialized experience in pelvic health and orthopedics. I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some of the most respected pelvic floor therapists in the field through advanced training courses and continuing education, experiences that have greatly influenced the way I evaluate, treat, and support my patients. I've treated conditions ranging from pelvic pain and prolapse to bladder dysfunction, sexual health, and postpartum recovery across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers throughout New Jersey, New York, and beyond.
I'm also proud to be bilingual in English and Spanish. Being able to connect with patients in their native language means more than just communication; it means comfort, trust, and care that truly feels personal. No one should have to navigate their health in a language that isn't their own.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll find me outside hiking, exploring, and moving my body. I believe movement is medicine, and I try to embody that in both my personal life and my practice. I'm a lifelong learner, constantly expanding my skills through advanced training so I can bring the most current, evidence-based care to every session.
Now I'm bringing that expertise directly to you, with 1-1 personalized pelvic floor care right here in North Jersey.
You deserve to feel like yourself again. Let's get there together.
